Clinical Trials at Medical Dermatology Specialists

Medical Dermatology Specialists is currently enrolling for the following clinical trials:

  1. PSORIASIS
    We enroll for both topical and systemic treatments for psoriasis. We currently have trials for both adult and pediatric psoriasis.
    To qualify, you should have at least one palm sized area of your body with psoriasis. The psoriasis needs to be on the arms, legs or trunk. Patients must have a diagnosis of psoriasis for at least 6 months and be in good general health.

  2. ACNE
    We are enrolling for a new topical treatment for moderate acne. Patients should not have deep cystic lesions. You need to have at least 20 active acne lesions.

  3. HIDRADENTITIS SUPPURATIVA
    Dr. Jamie Weisman is currently recruiting adult participants for a clinical study on Hidradenitis Suppurativa. To learn more about this study and how you can participate while it is still enrolling contact Dasha at (404) 939-9220 to schedule a screening visit or for more information.

  4. ADULT & PEDIATRIC PSORIASIS 
    Dr. Jamie Weisman is actively recruiting adult participants for the treatment of plaque psoriasis utilizing injectable medications to treat moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. This study will enroll quickly, if interested. Please contact Dasha at (404) 939-9220 to see if you qualify and to make an appointment for the Psoriasis study.
    Dr. Jamie Weisman is actively recruiting adolescent (ages 2-12) participants for mild to moderate scalp psoriasis study. If your child has scalp psoriasis and you may be interested then contact Dasha at (404) 939-9220.

  5. PSORIATIC ARTHRITIS
